Our mission is to restore independence and rebuild lives through free rehabilitation for survivors of brain injury and stroke. We give every survivor the chance to live with dignity, purpose, and hope, while providing their families with the lifeline and support they need to adjust and thrive.

Who we are

“When hospital care ends, recovery shouldn’t. “

Headway Jersey’s Rehabilitation Day Centre bridges the gap. Since 1997, we’ve been the island’s only lifeline, helping survivors and their families rediscover hope and access FREE rehabilitation.

Headway Jersey gratefully acknowledges the annual grant of £31,470 (£2622.50 pcm) received from the Government of Jersey. This vital funding helps us continue delivering our rehabilitation and support services for islanders living with brain injury, bridging a crucial gap in community care. However, our overall annual operating cost is £422.000 which we must self-fund through ongoing fundraising efforts, community support, and corporate partnerships and our charity shop.
